Salon Policies

  • No refund once service is rendered.
  • We do not accept checks.
  • For your safety, please inform our staff of any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.
  • All prices are subject to change.

Appointment Policy

  • Appointments do not guarantee immediate service.
  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment time. A deposit is required for 2 no show or cancellation.
  • A deposit will be required after two incidents of no call/no show appointments.
  • We reserve the right to service the next customer if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment. You may wait for the next available technician.

Warranty Policy

  • 7 days on Gel, Dip/SNS, and Artificial Nails (receipt is required).
