- No refund once service is rendered.
- We do not accept checks.
- For your safety, please inform our staff of any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.
- All prices are subject to change.
Appointment Policy
- Appointments do not guarantee immediate service.
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the appointment time. A deposit is required for 2 no show or cancellation.
- A deposit will be required after two incidents of no call/no show appointments.
- We reserve the right to service the next customer if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment. You may wait for the next available technician.
Warranty Policy
- 7 days on Gel, Dip/SNS, and Artificial Nails (receipt is required).
